Thanks for taking the time to post this. I found it very disturbing. I don't know Dave, but I'll be thinking about his misfortune nevertheless. Yes, there are a lot of Jeffrey Vickermans out there, and we're at their mercy. I am, in fact, acquainted with a couple of guys here in Alabama who have been convicted of DUI as many as 8 times. Of course, their driver's licenses were revoked long ago. Aside from incarceration, there's really no way to keep these guys off the road, and we all need to be aware that they're out there.
